The location was marvellous and unbeatable - close to many restaurants and shops, the beach and the city center and Hyatt Kelowna. Also, such main attraction as an entire permanent gallery was 4 km from this hotel. The room was very specious and bright and what's more - included a hair dryer and bath sheets. There was an amazing.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several key areas. the location was a great addition that we didn't know we would get in the room. It was very central, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops, making it perfect for exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel itself was modern, clean, and offered all the expected amenities. The staff provided basic amenities such as parking and breakfast in our hotel room, which was nice. the value for money was great, and I was impressed with the attention to detail.

Unbeatable very central location not far from good restaurants too and downtown. A sofa bed, central heating and an iron were available in our family room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, best sleep ever.
